The plant operation activities start with receiving of milk at the Chilling Centre / Dairy Dock and concluded with dispatch of Devbhog milk & Devbhog milk products for distribution. The fundamental activities of plant operations include:

- Milk Pasteurization
- Milk Chilling
- Milk Packing
- Manufacturing & packing of main products like Ghee, White Butter & Table Butter.
- Manufacturing & packing of indigenous products like Shrikhand, Peda, Salted & Spice Butter Milk, Flavoured Milk etc.
